Boxwood Cir. Investigation – Arrests

Huntsville Police have made two arrests regarding the investigation on Boxwood Cir. on February 14th. Michael Christian Stoltzfus, 30yrs old and James Michael Romans, 24yrs old, were arrested and charged with murder. Officers received a call about a possible victim in an apartment at the Boxwood Cir. location. Officers investigated and discovered a deceased male inside the vacant apartment. Investigators learned that the two offenders were involved and quickly located them for an interview which produced the arrests. Preliminary evidence shows that the male was physically attacked by the two offenders. Investigators have released that the altercation is over a domestic situation between one of the offenders and the victim. Investigators are still attempting to locate the victim’s family so his identity is not ready to be released.
