Budget Inn Arrests

Huntsville Police have issued murder warrants for two suspects surrounding the murder of forty-year old Ryan Baker that occurred July 13th, 2018 at the Budegt Inn on University Dr. The warrants are for twenty-three year old Atimothy Devonte Pullen and twenty-seven year old Shaquan Laray Horton, which have both been seen as complicit in this murder. Shaquan Horton’s warrant was served today as he was booked into the Madison County Jail. Atimothy Pullen is being held in the Lincoln County TN Jail on unrelated charges and expected to be transferred in the next few days. The Lincoln County TN Sheriff’s Office contributed greatly to this investigation.
The US Marshalls Fugitive Task Force and HPD took Horton in custody today on a traffic stop without incident. His photo is attached. Also, the photos on the attached earlier release are of Pullen, where we asked for the public’s assistance. At this time we do not have a booking photo of Pullen in the Lincoln County Jail.
