Huntsville Police to launch text survey following calls for service

The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) will launch a new feedback initiative Monday, Sept. 22, sending text surveys to individuals after receiving assistance from HPD personnel. Surveys will be sent within 24-72 hours after an officer, dispatcher or staff member provides help, either in person or by phone.
