D5 allocation for Aum Foundation empowers under-resourced girls

Council President Meredith is pleased to announce the allocation of $5,000 in District 5 Improvement Funds to Aum Foundation, a Huntsville-based nonprofit that empowers and supports under-resourced female students for success. The appropriation will provide funding to cover the cost of laptop computers for deserving high school seniors.
