Mayor Battle Presents 2016 State of the City Address on Oct. 12

Mayor Tommy Battle will present his annual State of the City address at a luncheon hosted by the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County on Wednesday, Oct. 12, at noon, in the Von Braun Center North Hall.

The Mayor’s speech will focus on the City’s priorities to bring more jobs to the community through a focus on economic development, infrastructure (roads, utilities and fiber for GIG), education, and quality of life.

The ticketed event is sold out. Citizens may watch the address live on HSV TV, which is broadcast on Comcast channel 16 and Wow channel 42. It will also be available via live stream on the City of Huntsville website.
