Municipal Offices Closed – President’s Day Holiday

City of Huntsville municipal offices will be closed for the Presidents Day holiday, Monday, February 17. This includes Parks & Recreation facilities and the Animal Shelter.

Garbage Collection: Monday’s residential curbside collection will be picked up on Tuesday, February 18.   Households whose normal garbage pick-up day is on Thursday will have their garbage collected on Friday, February 21.

Public Transit: Shuttle bus and paratransit service (Handi-Ride) will be in service on Monday, February 17.

Public Safety:  Police and Fire essential personnel will remain on duty throughout the holiday.
