Waterford Square Shooting Investigation – Arrest

Huntsville Police have arrested 25-year-old Travin Dequan Pride for Capital Murder in the shooting death of 22yr old Christian Gage Vincent. On Friday, Oct 2 at about 7:15 p.m .HPD received a call about a shooting at 409 Regent Dr. When officers arrived they found Vincent in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound(s). He was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. During the course of the investigation it was learned that the shooting stems from a drug transaction that evening. Investigators from the Major Crimes Unit served a search warrant this evening and picked up Pride for questioning. After being taken to CID he was subsequently arrested for the Capital Murder charge.
