Huntsville Police Department Major Crimes Investigators have charged Terrance Rodgers, 18 of Huntsville, with Capital Murder following a shooting in the area of Alice Drive and Mt. Residential Permits (new construction) in Huntsville city limits: In June, 150 housing units were permitted, 110 single- and 40 multi-family. Huntsville Police Department Traffic Homicide Investigators have charged Dijuan Roach-Donald, 21 of Huntsville, with a felony count of Leaving the Scene of an Accident.    The accident happened around 4:30 Sunday morning on University Drive in the area of Henderson Drive and involved a pedestrian. The victim is being treated at the hospital and is expected to survive. Roach-Donald turned himself in to police yesterday.

The US Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force, along with Huntsville Police SWAT Team members arrested Mitchell Williams, Jr., 19 of Selma, at a home in the 4700 block of Broadmeadow Lane.   Williams was wanted by authorities in Selma, Alabama for Capital Murder in connection to a drive-by shooting.  He was taken into custody without incident and will be extradited back to Selma in the coming days.
