Binford Dr. Investigation – Arrest

Huntsville Police booked 28 yr old Charles Anthony Mosby in the Madison County Jail yesterday at 830pm for the shooting on Binford Dr that occurred Jan 28th, 2018. He is charged with Capital Murder – During Robbery 1st Degree. He was located and detained in New Orleans, LA on March 6th by the US Marshalls and now has been extradited back to Huntsville. Mosby became a suspect during the investigation of a robbery-homicide on Binford Dr this past January. In that incident the victim, Raemon Ross, was shot and a murder investigation ensued. Both Huntsville Police Investigators and The US Marshalls worked to obtain the whereabouts of Mosby which lead them to New Orleans, LA.
