Burning Ban Lifted in City of Huntsville

Effective November 1, 2017, the burn ban for Madison County was lifted. Although the burn ban for the county has been lifted, the City of Huntsville does not allow open burning within the city unless it is permitted through the Department of Natural Resources and the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
