City of Huntsville District 4 annual postcard survey now available

Huntsville City Council Member Bill Kling is hosting his annual postcard survey concerning issues in District 4 and the broader community. Postcards are being distributed in numerous restaurants, libraries, fraternal lodges and other facilities across the district. This is an opportunity for citizens to give input on the topics that matter to them.
