HPD Arrest – Club 3208 Investigation

The Huntsville Police Department booked 33 yr old Samuel Demario Williams early this morning after being released from the hospital. He is charged with shooting into an unoccupied vehicle (felony), certain persons forbidden to carry (felony), menacing (misd.) and reckless endangerment (misd). Williams was involved in a shooting on Dec 31st, 2018 just after midnight at ‘Club 3208’ on Long Ave. He was subsequently shot by an armed security guard working at the event. Once shot he was taken to the hospital by citizens who were with him at the time of the shooting. Those individuals have been identified and the investigation is on-going at this time. No one else was injured by the shooting.
