Speaking to Civic Engagement Academy

He discussed how leaders are addressing growth in what is now the state’s most populous city of 235,000 residents. Those challenges are met by, among others, the City’s urban planning, development and engineering departments.

The CEA, presented by the City’s Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, is a free, eight-week program offered to citizens who want to learn more about how Huntsville operates. The next cohort is offered in the fall.
