The Madison-Morgan County HIDTA Drug Task Force initiated an investigation that yielded two arrests on Friday Feb 2nd. The two offenders are Bertario Navarrette Santana, 33, of Norcross GA and Jose Eduardo Jimenez-Sanchez, 27, of Yucaipa California.
