Tackle Homelessness at the Huntsville Animal Shelter

Published on August 2, 2018

Pet Adoption Tackle Homelessness

Animal Services is kicking off football pre-season by asking the community to ‘Tackle Homelessness” with our August 1-18 special. We’re offering half-price adoption fees for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. Adult dogs and cats are $17, and puppies and kittens are $25. Some restrictions may apply to specific pets.

Get ready for Game Day viewing this coming football season with a shelter dog or cat by your side. By adopting a shelter pet, you’re saving a pet’s life. The animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped for pet identification. Adoptions also include a free bag of cat or dog pet food while supplies last.

The Huntsville Animal Shelter is located at 4950 Triana Boulevard. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
