Huntsville Police and The U.S. Marshalls announce the capture of 28 yr. old Charles Anthony Mosby. He was located and detained in New Orleans, LA on March 6th. Industrial and office projects topped non-residential building permits issued last month. Residential permits grew significantly year-over-year. Residential Permits (new construction) in Huntsville city limits: In February, 182 housing units were permitted, 102 single- and 80 multi-family. The top tract for building permits last month was 106.12 (72 West), where 80 units were permitted, all multi-family.
