HPD renews call for information in the abduction of Ronald Dumas Jr.

As the one-year mark approaches in the abduction of Ronald Dumas Jr., the Huntsville Police Department (HPD) is renewing its request for information that could help investigators and provide answers to his loved ones. Dumas was reported missing on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024. Surveillance footage later confirmed his last known sighting on Sunday, Dec. 15, at a liquor store on University Drive.
